How do I make a return?

We're so sorry your new base layer didn't work out! To place a return request, please feel free to click this link and follow the prompts within our return portal. We cannot update or adjust any of the selections you make within the return portal, so if you need to make any adjustments, please reach out to us at info@shoparq.com and let us know. At that point, we will cancel your current return request so you can start over :) 

Once you place your return request, you will receive a return shipping label via email (International return labels will be the responsibility of the customer). Then, all you need to do is ship your return back to us! Once we receive it, we will process your reimbursement and/or exchange order (within 5-10 days).
